How long does each ritual take?
The Closure and Rebirth rituals can each be completed in 1-3 hours, though preparation may take a day or two. The Sacred Descent aka Underworld is designed for 7-21 days of 1/2 hour to hour of daily practice. The Full Passage can span weeks to a month or so, depending on your pace.
Can I do these rituals alone?
Yes. While the Closure ritual includes an optional framework for inviting a partner, all rituals are designed to be powerful when done solo. Many people prefer the intimacy of solitary practice.
Is this therapy?
No. These are ritual blueprints, not therapy or professional mental health treatment. They are tools for ceremonial practice and self-guided transformation. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, please seek a licensed professional.
Why ritual instead of therapy?
Ritual doesn't replace therapy — it does something different. Therapy generally works within your current life structures, seeking cognitive insight. Ritual creates liminal space — a threshold state where identity's usual rules are suspended. In this 'betwixt and between,' transformation happens not through understanding, but through witnessing the symbolic resolution of the situation. Ritual creates reality and in the ritual act the narrative is changed, the identity is shifted, the body and mind heal through symbolic action, vs. analysis.
What if I'm not ready for all three phases?
Start where you are. If you're in the thick of an ending, begin with Closure. If you're already in the void, the Sacred Descent may be your entry point. There's no wrong door — only the one that calls to you now.
Do I get lifetime access?
Yes. Once you purchase, you have lifetime access to your ritual blueprints. Return to them whenever you need — for new endings, new seasons, or to revisit the practices.
